Those who know, know I love to sleep.  It is like my second religion. I get between 7 – 9 hours a night and reach up to 10 hours on a weekend or vacation.  Turns out, sleep rolls back the years.

I am currently reading, IKIGAI The Japanese Secret to a Long & Happy Life by Héctor García and Francesc Miralles and agreed with the statement, “[s]leep is a key antiaging tool, because when we sleep we generate melatonin”.
