The Moon Diet plan is essentially a new trend where you eat certain foods during a lunar calendar. There appears to be two moon plans that involves a 24-hour juice fast and the alignment of the day of the new moon with an absence of solid foods. Hmmm, we are unsure here! However, the moon diet is said to boost an individuals ability to lose weight. We like that.
All we can say is that we havent tried this, but it sounded interesting.
